Fill Out Questionnaire

After requesting a quote you will receive an email with a questionnaire to discuss your budget and your goals as well as send us a link to the music, merch, etc. that you would like to promote.

Book a Call

Once we review your questionnaire and make sure we are a good fit for you, you will receive an email to book a phone call. In this call we will discuss you goals and strategy as well as talk to you about your ad creatives (videos) and give you a short checklist as to what is needed from you. This will also be the time to ask any questions you may have

Onboarding

After our call and you have decided you are ready for our services, you will pay a one time onboarding fee of $99. This fee covers our setup of your account, and your ads. After payment you will be sent an email to book a video call (don't worry you don't have to be on camera). The point of this video call will be to share your screen so we can help you get started and set up, and allow us access to accounts we will need to setup tracking, and the ads themselves.

Research, Creation, and Approval

After our onboarding call, using the information and creatives you have given us, we will do our audience research, create custom audiences, and start to build out your ad campaigns and your landing page. Afterwards you will be sent a link to view them to give final approval before launch.

Launch

Once all ads receive approval, we'll schedule them to launch on your desired start date. Our monthly fees will be charged on the first day and will recur every month on the same date. If that date doesn't exist in a particular month (like the 31st), the billing will take place on the next available day. (All adspend will be paid directly to Facebook through your own account)

Learning and Optimization

After launch, ads normally take 7 to 21 days to settle in. During this time we will be testing different audiences and gathering data to make optimizations to targeting, and testing ad creatives to improve the performance of your ads. We will continue to optimize throughout the life of your campaign, but the first month is the most active.

Reporting and Maintenance

Depending on which Package you have enrolled in, you will receive weekly or monthly reports that show you the performance of your campaigns, and allow you to breakdown and better understand your audience. We will continue to optimize and maintain your ads for as long as your subscription is active. We may sometimes ask for new creatives, or if you have new creatives, we will insert them into active campaigns at no extra cost.

Facebook boasts billions of users and is a prime platform for discovering new music. If you’re looking to expand your reach and find new fans, Facebook ads can be a game-changer.

Now this doesn’t mean Ads are for everyone, and after you fill out your questionnaire we will review your content and music see if it could benefit from ads. While ads can make a great song take off, no amount of money can make people like a bad song, a bad mix, or a bad creative.

Every time I see a comment say “Ad’s don’t work” I chuckle a little. Because It’s normally a comment on one of OUR ads for this page. Then I get sad, because the few that say that have 1 of 3 things in common. Either they had a bad creative, they had the wrong targeting, or the saddest of all of it ….. their music just wasn’t good, and no amount of money can make people like a bad song.

We leverage Facebook’s robust targeting tools to ensure your ads are seen by users who have shown interest in your genre or similar artists, maximizing the chances of gaining genuine fans.

While we recommend a minimum spend of $20/day (+/- $600/month) to see tangible results, the beauty of Facebook ads is scalability. We’ll advise on a budget based on your goals. Just know lower budget campaigns take longer to optimize and see results.

No hidden fees. Our pricing is transparent. The only separate cost is your ad spend, which goes directly to Facebook

No. All adspend will be paid straight to Meta through your account. The only money we see is our fees. 

Yes, we will need access to your Meta Business Manager account, but we will not need your password. We will walk you through this process on the onboarding call. 

Will will not have access to any of your private info, or passwords, or be able to make changes to your account. You will be able to restrict our permissions to allow us to only post and run ads. Nothing else. 

Our single release plan is optimized for promoting a specific song or album, ensuring it gets the maximum visibility during its launch and within the crucial 30 to 60 days after launch. It is a one time campaign that uses a fast burst of adspend up front and then tapers off at the end. This are meant to supplement your current fanbase and allow your song to gain momentum in the Release Radar phases to supplement your streaming metrics, and heighten your chances of getting on more algorithmic playlists after the initial release burst. The minimum recommended budget for these are $1000 for artists with a decent following, and $2500 for artists with small or no followings. They are catered to taper off and move to the standard package or stop when adspend is spent.

The standard package offers ongoing promotion to consistently grow your fanbase.

At this current point we do not do the videos for your ads, you will have to provide the videos. While we do have the ability to do ads, the best results are always when the artist is in the creative. We will advise you and send examples of what a good creative is after our initial phone call. 

In the future we will plan on offering this as a service, just not at this time. 

We use our years of experience coupled with AI software to track metrics across all of our clients campaigns. “Success” can vary wildly depending on what your goals are. Some people only want to target people locally, or in the United States and those campaigns can be more expensive due to ads competition from other brands like Walmart or Amazon, and they are less likely to be accepting of new music. Whereas people from countries that are more accepting of new music, like Brazil, Mexico, and Japan, your money goes alot further, because they are more willing to listen, and there is less ad competition for big brands. We will discuss what your goals are on our initial phone call and explain in more detail. 

We also provide you with regular reports detailing key metrics like click-through rates, new followers, streams, and fan engagement, so you can see the impact of your ad campaigns.

Our goal is your growth and satisfaction. If things aren’t going as planned, we’ll reassess and tweak our strategy to ensure better outcomes.

After the first 30 days of your campaign we will reassess and if your campaign is performing poorly we will discuss options moving forward. 

The answer is both yes, and no. While ads getting people to stream your music CAN pay off, due to the low streaming royalties it will not pay off directly. A large push in algorithmic playlists can help get you there, but a song really needs to gain steam to get there.

It is important to find fans that you can label superfans that will buy your merch, stream your music, buy physical media (Cd’s, Vinyl, ETC), and attend live shows. If you have 1000 superfans that are willing to spend $100 a year, you make $100,000. You need to constantly be turning fans into superfans by engaging and putting out a great product (Music and merch) to profit from ads and capitalize on your active audience. 

Merch ads can make money, but are only good for large captive built in audiences. 

While Facebook has strict advertising policies, our team is well-versed and experienced in ensuring compliance with these guidelines. However, any platform has the autonomy to review and make determinations about ad content. In the rare instance that an issue arises, we’ll work closely with you to address and resolve any concerns, guiding you through potential adjustments or modifications to get the campaign back on track. It’s always a good practice to ensure your content adheres to Facebook’s advertising standards from the outset.

In rare incidents, accounts can have issues when first getting started as Meta sees the ad start spending, although it hasn’t before. This is usually an easy fix. We recommend slowly “Warming up” your account with low adspend before ramping up into large campaigns. 

However, in some instances, issues on your PERSONAL account that result in temporary or permanent bans may restrict you from being able to advertise. Any issues with your personal account we will not be able to help with, as we do not have access or the ability to appeal those bans. Our only remedy for this will be to pause our billing and restart the ads after the ban has lifted. NOTE* This will force all ads back into the learning phase and will have to reoptimize, essentially starting over. So just be wary of Meta’s policies when you are chatting and posting online. 

Promoting your music through legitimate advertising methods, like the ones we employ, do not pose a risk to your Spotify account. It’s essential to differentiate between genuine promotion and manipulative tactics like buying fake streams or followers. Spotify has stringent policies against such inauthentic activities, and engaging in them can lead to penalties or account removal.

We focus exclusively on genuine growth strategies to ensure your account’s safety. Always prioritize organic growth and authentic engagement to maintain the integrity of your artist profile.

Yes, we stand by our service quality. If we don’t reach our target metrics within the first 45 days, we will refund your onboarding and  monthly fees. However, it’s essential to note that this guarantee applies only to our Standard, Basic, and Premium packages. For special packages, due to the extensive work they entail, we can only refund the onboarding fee. It’s important to understand that ad spend is non-refundable as it goes directly to Facebook, so this aspect remains at your own risk.
